Each Ottler bag is Made to Order, allowing us to craft every piece with the time, care, and attention it deserves. Our current production time is approximately 2 weeks, though we update lead times weekly to keep you informed. By producing on demand, we avoid overproduction and reduce waste, ensuring a more sustainable, thoughtful approach to fashion. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, from the moment your order is placed to the day it ships.

Shipping & Delivery

Your order will be delivered from the date your order has been made. Delivery times may vary based on your location. Estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • Ireland: 1-4 business days
  • Rest of Europe/UK : 5-10 business days

Tracking of Order

Care Instructions

Ottler utilises Oleatex, a next-generation material made from olive industry waste. By lowering the carbon emissions and water usage associated with traditional and synthetic leathers, Oleatex reduces reliance on harmful chemicals and materials.

Cleaning

  • Turn Inside Out
  • Hand-wash in 30°C  warm water with liquid pure soap.
  • Rinse thoroughly with cold water.
  • Dry drip in shade.
  • Avoid direct sunlight.
  • Turn inside out again to dry completely.
  • No organic solvents (acetone or alcohol.)
  • No corrosive liquids or materials.
  • No Bleach
  • Avoid scratching with hard or sharp objects.

Drying

  • Do not tumble dry or use heat.
